I am eternally grateful that we found Emily and would recommend her over and over again. Emily was so patient as we searched for our dream home with not only a long list of must haves but also a time crunch with a baby on the way. She was responsive, knowledgeable and honest. Once we found our home Emily helped us beat out multiple other offers and guided us through the closing process helping us close and move in before baby’s arrival. We’ve now been in this home for 2 weeks and couldn’t be happier or more thankful to Emily for making this happen.

We engaged Emily in August 2022 to help us find the perfect townhouse in the perfect location, against a laundry list of desires and must-haves. Many realtors would’ve given up on our pickiness and evolving spreadsheet of needs. But Emily didn’t. She remained patient, engaged, enthusiastic, resourceful, knowledgeable, cheerful, communicative, and, above all, committed to finding our dream home. We closed on it in October 2024. A 26 month journey, with Emily there every step of the way. If we could give her six stars, rather than five, we would.

Hagopian Tamar

Working with Tamar was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! Tamar presented the off-market home to us and hours later, our offer was accepted. Thanks to Tamar, we are now living in our dream home! She was always responsive and patiently answered all of our questions. Tamar truly cares about her clients and made us feel confident every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Tamar to anyone looking for a top-notch realtor!

I came into contact with Andrea through a local recommendation, I recently switched jobs and was looking for a rental with a low budget and never have been to the Morristown area before. Prior to meeting Andrea, i was stressed by my situation and needed direction. She was kind, welcoming, had great energy, and knows her stuff! I immediately felt in good hands and trusted her completely to act on my behalf, exactly what i needed. She walked me through the process, the town / neighborhoods and found the perfect location and apartment for me, even in this tough market! Andrea not only found me a place, but knowing I was new to the area, she has connected me to Networking groups and friend groups to help get me get acclimated to Morristown! I cant recommend Andrea enough as a Real Estate Agent, but she is even a better person. She will 100% be my first call for any future real estate needs and extremely grateful to have meet her in my process!!!

Her interior design expertise assisted us in staging our home, she is timely and responsive for meeting and questions, she provides detailed instructions and summaries on the process, she is knowledgeable and familiar with the town and surrounding areas, and she is open and approachable if clarity is needed. Highly recommend Marlene and her Compass team!

Emily is an stellar real estate professional. Having sold and purchased many properties before with other agents, I can attest to Emily's extensive knowledge of the market, trends, and can confirm she's top quality. She recently assisted us in both purchasing and selling. I appreciate her young spirit, technological skills (i.e. social media presence), great connections, and awesome advice. Emily is always prepared, on time, and fun to work with. I am sure I will be using her services again!

Tamar was an absolute dream to work with!!! She made herself available from the beginning to the end of the process. As a busy mom of two young babies I truly felt everything was taken care of and there were zero headaches in the home sale process. If you want a seamless experience, trusted agent, and top dollar for the sale of your home 11/10 recommend Tamar!!!

Tamar provided exceptional service and guidance as we looked to sell our first home. Her fantastic negotiating skills, and dedication to securing the best possible deal were outstanding. Thanks to Tamar's work, we received multiple offers, all above ask, making our process smooth and rewarding. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and Tamar's assistance.

This was my first time using a real estate agent and buying a new house. I did not know what to expect, the market was very competitive and stressful, on top of that, I am particular about little details. It took my partner and me two years of searching. We saw over hundred houses, before we found the perfect house for us. During that time, every interaction with Tamar was a pleasant experience. When I started losing hope that we would never find a new home, Tamar was encouraging and supportive throughout our journey. She believed more than I did, and she was right, Tamar did everything possible and impossible to get the house of our dreams. Her professional expertise and personal touch was a perfect combination for my choice in a real estate agent . Thank you Tamar for working with us and giving us excellent service.

prometheus132

Tamar was recommended to us by a close friend. We were extremely happy with her. She was a pleasure to work with. My wife liked her and her personal touch style. She was always warm and friendly. Professional and reliable, she answered our questions and always accommodated us. We looked for two years, but she was always patient and never pushed us. When it was time to get aggressive, she changed gears and negotiated our winning bid, beating out 30 others. I would use her again and i highly recommend her.

emily j forsythe1

Emily is great!! As you can imagine, in this market, we looked at a lot of houses. Emily was very patient with us and very honest. She is extremely responsive, thorough, and has amazing relationships with so many helpful people in the community which really helps with a smooth closing process! We were able to find our forever home because of Emily! Couldn’t recommend her enough.

jprofita1019

Emily was amazing! She was so patient with us during our house search! We saw a lot of properties but at the end of the day she was able to help us find our dream home, negotiate a deal and ensure all steps of the home buying process were addressed promptly and with ease. I would highly recommend Emily and her team to anyone looking to purchase a home or property.

zuser20160918134055978

Tamar was spectacular! A one of a kind, knowledgeable agent, who was not pushy, and never rushed you to purchase something. She was honest with us, and truly wanted what was the best for our growing family. She was tenacious and thorough and got our offer accepted through relationship building and hard work! (our offer had 13 other offers - she beat even some higher offers!) She is truly one of a kind. We will never be able to thank her enough for finding us a home ??

Dan Gillet

Tamar was a great to work with! She helped find our amazing new home in Bergen County during a difficult time (low inventory, high prices, cash offers, etc). She was helpful, resourceful and had answers to all our questions from day 1. She was able to recommend attorneys, title companies, mortgages companies - all things we weren’t very familiar with at the time, so having Tamar by our side was a true advantage! Tamar was always available to chat and went above and beyond throughout the whole process.

zuser20170809095546433

Tamar helped us find our dream home! She worked tirelessly to help us find something that checked all of our boxes, advised us skillfully regarding structuring our offer in a highly competitive market, and communicated with us throughout the entire process. We would not hesitate to recommend Tamar to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

jgertler25

Once we began working with Tamar, her passion and dedication in real estate quickly became evident. She communicated with us throughout the entire process, offered frequent check-ins and updates, and was supportive and available as we navigated through the biggest purchase of our lives. We are grateful for Tamar and will be forever thankful in all she did to help us purchase our first home.

Jessica Stephans

I had a fantastic experience working with Emily in our home sale in Warren. She is extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the complicated process. I would recommend Emily to anyone buying or selling in NJ. She is friendly, dedicated, reliable, communicates well with all parties involved and gets the job done.

James DeAlto

Tamar did an outstanding job representing us as buyers. Her patience, knowledge of the market, and ability to connect with other agents are truly impressive. It’s crystal clear to see that Tamar has a passion for helping her clients, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone for their real estate needs!

Lauren Guglielmelli

Tamar is OUTSTANDING! We worked with other agencies for a while but once we started working with Tamar we had multiple competitive offers and negotiations in place in the towns we’ve always wanted. Without Tamar’s relationship skills and support we wouldn’t have been able to beat out 12 offers on our house. She’s incredibly professional, responsive, and patient. She really takes the time to listen to your needs and executes efficiently. We absolutely love her.

toriclancy9

We had such a great experience working with Emily! From the beginning she was always quick to respond and answer any questions we had. She went above and beyond throughout the process to keep us updated and help us feel confident in our house buying decisions, thank you so much for being wonderful Emily!

cfr3994

Emily was easy to work with from start to finish. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The prospect of selling our home after 38 years was very daunting, but Emily made the process seamless. We highly recommend her for your buying or selling needs.

zuser20150317220949527

I can’t believe we got so lucky to be introduced to Emily through friends. She was easily the best part of the home buying process. Emily’s preparedness and knowledge made each phone call and home visit super efficient. She helped us make quick decisions with total confidence. We especially loved that she supported our instincts, while providing her expert opinion. To do that in a collaborative and non-pushy way is rare to find! We were also impressed with her knowledge of our desired neighborhoods, and she never missed a beat on all the homes we saw. From the start to end of our ~8 month journey, she was extremely responsive and thorough (no joke - her avg text response time was less than 60 seconds!). She even made some recommendations for local experts in our area once we moved in. We hope to someday work with her again on another home. If you’re looking for a highly skilled realtor with total dependability, go with Emily.

mlenart1

Tamar was very detailed and patient during our home buying experience. She found us the perfect home for our growing family in a very difficulty buyers market. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

mgonzalez47

Emily was awesome to work with! My wife and I were first time home buyers, and Emily took time to help us each step of the way. Throughout the whole process, Emily was prompt, communicative, and professional. She gave great advice while we were working to close on our property and even fought on our behalf for the little things along the way. On top of being a great realtor, Emily gave us fantastic referrals to other folks asking the way, including inspectors and our real estate attorney, all of whom were great to work with. With large thanks to her help, we were able to close on a home in a little less than two months of starting the house hunting process. We would highly recommend Emily to anyone looking to buy a home in New Jersey!

bmascia1

Emily found us our dream home the day it came on the market, arranged for a showing 2 hours after it was listed and negotiated a great deal that secured us getting the home while avoiding a bidding war (which is typically expected in our town in the current market). We couldn’t have been more pleased with her responsiveness, knowledge and negotiation skills.

BobbyMascia

Very knowledgeable and thorough. A true professional!! She found us the home of our dreams, worked with the seller, and helped us find the right trades to help us with the move. Thanks for everything!!

Jason Castle

Emily is a needle in a haystack... As newlyweds and first-time home buyers in a highly competitive overpriced market we were highly discouraged until we met Emily. Emily spent the time to find out exactly what we wanted and found us exactly what we were seeking--a "Texas-size" house at in a quaint NJ community within our budget. She was always accessible, available, and accommodating and an absolute delight to work with. Emily used every tool in her realtor toolkit to make sure we were strategically positioned to see homes first, not waste time on homes that were simply priced low to drive price up in a bidding war, and most importantly she didn't want us overpaying and she kept us in budget--actually below budget and on our dream home. Further, Emily did everything in her power to ensured that each aspect of the closing process went smoothly. Even when things went awry in areas that were not her responsibility, she rolled up her sleeves and helped find solutions. If you need a broker, there are a million, but if you need an advocate, a seasoned pro, a trusted advisor who will surely become a great friend, choose Emily!

egourlay12

Emily has great market knowledge and is a pleasure to work with. She had great flexibly and was able to schedule viewings around our schedule. She shared her honest professional opinion whenever we requested it, but never pushed us in any direction.

rhollis1975

Emily was amazing, she was proactive and fully understood the type of house I was looking for. She was very patient throughout until we found the right home. She went above any beyond in every aspect helping every little detail and tracking down every item. I highly recommend Emily for your real estate needs!

Casanova Cedric

We have used Emily as a seller in 2020 and again as a cross country buyer in 2022. She went above and beyond with plenty of connectivity and incredible knowledge of the market. Moving cross country in a very competitive market was super challenging… Emily made that process incredibly smooth and seamless for us in our forever home.

gaborkari1

I have had the pleasure of working with Emily twice in the last two years. She was hard working and always available, responsive to all our questions. She has found the best available place for us in NJ, then as our circumstances changed, helped sell the property quickly and with ease. She is surrounded by an excellent team, which I believe is a testament to her character. Emily and the team helped us out when we really needed to close quickly, and I will forever be grateful for her for that. I trust her and cannot recommend her highly enough.

katelynturn23

As first time home buyers, Emily made the process easy for us. She was helpful, reliable, honest and supportive from start to finish. We knew we could trust her judgement as she helped us find a home that fit our needs perfectly. Working with her was enjoyable, which was a bonus in a normally stressful process.

jhaviland1017

My house was for sale over one weekend and we had a bidding war. My husband and I were prepared to live with family for a while so Emily could show our home to potential buyers, because we needed to move as quickly as possible. Emily ran back to back appointments and an open house over one weekend and presented us with 5 offers by that Monday. Our transaction was seamless and the process could not have moved more efficiently. I strongly recommend to anyone looking for an agent in NJ- use Emily! It would be insane not to.

robertosassojr

Emily was extremely professional, informative, and most importantly responsive to all our questions and needs. She made us feel like we were her only clients, for which I know we weren't. Our process was a lengthy one and never did we feel rushed to make any decisions that we were uncomfortable with. We were very pleased with the services that she provided us and the knowledge that she passed along during the process.

Maryalice Hauer

Emily made the entire process of finding the right home enjoyable and stress-free. She’s knowledgeable, always on her A-game and has an excellent attitude that made us feel completely supported. We wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Casanova Cedric

Emily was fantastic to work with on the sale of our home. Market knowledge, best in class listings, and above and beyond availability sold our home in a week above list. She took what can be a super stressful transaction and turned into a seamless experience for us.

tg42692

Emily was extremely helpful with the ENTIRE process of buying my first condo. She’s nice, friendly, prompt with her responses and did a great job answering all of my questions. She will go out of her to help and do whatever she can to make the process easier and less stressful.

rterra3368

We met Emily at an open house while we were looking for a home and from that moment she worked tirelessly to find us the perfect place! It took months and Emily was so patient, super responsive and never gave up on us! Always with a smile. I would highly, highly recommend Emily for all your real estate needs.

zuser20180928174218281

Emily helped my boyfriend and I locate a home for us in impressive speed and effectiveness. We started doubting our ability to live in the town we do, we didn't have a lot of things on our list that we needed but it was known to get expensive. Emily was always available to us and able to appoint any 3rd party that we needed to execute the transaction. Greatly appreciate all the help she provided us!

niklambs

Emily was always on top of her game. She would keep me updated with anything new and would check in regularly. Emily understood her audience and knew what houses would fit them best. She was so sweet in helping me buy my first home!

chrisfiretto1

Is up to date on information that you need. Helps you with anything that you're going to need. Is always happy and smiling. I enjoyed working with her.

Christie Mascia

Emily was a pleasure to work with while looking for our dream home. She kept us on track and showed us all houses that checked off all our boxes. She is extremely attentive and responded quickly to all our needs which made the process smooth and stress free. My husband and I would highly recommend Emily to anyone who is looking for their next home.

As administrator of my uncle's estate I needed to sell a 70-year-old fixer-upper (with a separate dock area) at Lake Hopatcong. Emily marketed the house and land to appeal to contractors and, with the professional photos, presented the property in a very attractive way. She is a natural salesperson, is very enthusiastic and tenacious. There were a lot of problems with the property, i.e. the need to replace the entire septic system, but that did not deter Emily from focusing on the positive and getting a tremendous amount of foot traffic. In the end, we had numerous offers, and despite the pandemic, we were able to sell the house, land and dock for a fair price. It was a pleasure to deal with Emily in every aspect of this endeavor, and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to sell - or buy - real estate. Her technical knowledge helped tremendously also, since all documents had to be scanned and signed remotely.

zuser20140910104155608

Emily was an absolute delight to work with. She was responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. She would always give her honest opinion if something concerned her and would help us with questions that we had along the way. I could not recommend working with Emily enough! We wholeheartedly enjoyed having her represent us!!

Jennifer Tinn

We can’t thank Emily enough for everything she’s done throughout our home search and buying process! As first-time home buyers, anytime we felt overwhelmed or had questions or concerns, Emily was only a text or call away. She’d respond within minutes and knew just what to say to provide the support we needed (even after weeks of bombarding her with our hundreds of questions). We truly feel she has gone above and beyond and is constantly on her A game!

Shannon Mascia

Look no further for all your realtor needs! My husband and I both highly recommend Emily and know you'll be in the best of hands. We began looking for a home a little over a year ago. I knew it would be a difficult decision to look from house to house and finally pick a "forever" home... but I'm not sure we really knew how difficult it would be to make that decision. What helped most? Emily's patience, diligence, and communication. Emily was on top of it - every new home listed in the area that met our needs was in my inbox immediately. When we weren't sure about a home, she suggested we go anyway. When we needed to go back and see it 3 times, she booked the showing. When we needed to make hard decisions she knew when to give us necessary time, and when to suggest we step on the gas pedal. Our house hunting experience might have been difficult, but it was by no means disheartening. Emily kept us going, new front door to new front door. Until she found the winner this past month. She had sent us the listing, titling the subject line as "THIS IS THE ONE". She made the buying process so simple and easy. She negotiated in everything we wanted with ease. It felt as though we blinked and owned a home! We highly recommend Emily to help you find your new home.

SarBo19

Emily and her team at West End were everything we needed in a realtor partner. They were the epitome of professional and were amazing to work with from my first inquiry (I emailed through Zillow after reading other great reviews) to our move-in. We had been looking for over a year in Princeton, NJ when we decided to cast a wider net. On our first day of house hunting in Morristown we found our dream home and working with Emily was a breath of fresh air. The whole process moved very quickly, as the seller's wanted an aggressive closing timeline. Emily was so responsive to our many, many texts and we really felt like important clients. She was always positive and transparent and provided the guidance we had sorely missed with working with other realtors. I can't recommend Emily and her team more - they are a dream! Every step of the way Emily had our best interests in mind and took so much of the burden of this huge decision off of us. Buying a house takes a village, so do yourself a favor and work with Emily and her team!

zuser20140626175117009

Emily is an exceptionally talented real estate agent. She is very knowledgeable, deliberate and patient. These traits in combination with her ability to connect with our family was a definite motivator for us to keep positive and engaged in the home search process until we found the perfect home! She is friendly, responsive and driven with sincere care and concern for her clients. We would highly recommend Emily as she will certainly be a phenomenal asset to you in your real estate transaction.

Dora Kikianis

Emily was great to work with! She understood what I was looking for in a home and sent me listings that fit my criteria. When there was a home I was interested in viewing, Emily scheduled the viewing as soon as it was available. If I wanted to go back and see the house again, she was happy to schedule a second or even third viewing. I never felt pressured to put an offer or to look at houses above my price range. I would definitely recommend Emily and will be contacting her again in the future.

Melissa Andersen

We cannot recommend Emily enough. From day one, she worked tirelessly to find us our dream home, which we just closed on! Emily listened to our wants and needs and kept a close eye on the market so that we were always the first to know when a great home hit. She was so easy to work with, very responsive to calls, emails, and texts, and knows the area inside and out. My husband and I are new to Morristown, and we wanted someone with local expertise to guide us in the right direction. We found that, and more, in Emily. She went above and beyond for us, even meeting with local contractors we were considering for work on our new house when we couldn't make it. If you're looking for your dream home, Emily is your realtor!

Agnes Icker

We LOVE Emily! She was our agent for purchasing a new home to fit our growing family. She found the perfect house for us... We weren't even seriously looking but decided to move because she knew what we were looking for and found a home that was to our exact specifications. All throughout the stressful process, Emily was there to guide us and offer support. She kept us updated and kept in constant communication. She is not only a great real estate agent, she is just a great person all around. My husband and I really enjoyed working with her during the process of buying our new home. She is also our agent for the sale of our house, which is currently under contract. We couldn't be happier with Emily and West End Residential!

jackschrepel

An outstanding professional in every aspect with an unparalleled attention to detail! My home was under contact within twelve days from the listing date! The offer which I accepted was over asking price as well!!!

lillee233

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Emily as our realtor. We met Emily at an open house and were immediately drawn to her warm and welcoming personality. After several months of being unhappy with our first realtor, we decided to work with Emily and it was the best decision we could have made. Emily was always friendly, patient, positive, responsive, professional, and available whenever we needed her. She was not only proactive throughout our search but made sure everything went smoothly up until our closing. We felt that Emily went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t have asked for better guidance and support throughout this process.

amandaclange

Working with Emily was an absolute pleasure. I was beyond impressed with her real estate knowledge and professionalism. She was friendly, helpful and wonderful to work with. Emily went above and beyond to find the perfect home for me and I could not be happier!

filmz02

Talk about hitting a home run! Emily displays all the tools necessary to effectively cover each step in the realty game. She was always available, courteous, and knowledgeable through the process. Went out of her way to handle even the smallest of details. You can't go wrong with her guidance. I was fortunate to have met her and now happy that I know her.

zuser20160226081111052

Emily is very responsive and has always answered my calls and messages very promptly. She was patient with my varying needs, worked around my schedule, and got me exactly what I was looking for. She was thorough and got the transactions moving along very quickly. It has been a pleasure to work with Emily.

richcoppola

Emily was a Great help with everything!!! My wife is in a scooter and Emily help me get her into the house and down the basement and up. She also stayed on top of every move I had to do for the closing on the house.??????

jay.boudreau

Emily recently sold my home with incredible success. I needed to move my family into another home and time was of the essence. Emily acted fast and listed our home, hosted an open house, and engaged all necessary resources. Emily's 10+ years of digital marketing experience, paired with her lifetime of local knowledge (and a large network), set her far ahead of any realtor I have ever worked with. She understands the need for speed, accuracy, and accessibility. While her firm did an amazing job marketing our home, Emily took full ownership and marketed beyond the usual process (social, blasts, mailing, socializing at events, her network, etc...). As a result, we had an agreed upon offer in less than 1 week! Buying / selling / moving can be a stressful and uncertain time. Emily kept us on track with all milestones, kept us calm, and (maybe most importantly) even our children were very comfortable with Emily and looked forward to seeing her each time. I highly recommend Emily for any real estate transactions and I will be using her again.
