As administrator of my uncle's estate I needed to sell a 70-year-old fixer-upper (with a separate dock area) at Lake Hopatcong. Emily marketed the house and land to appeal to contractors and, with the professional photos, presented the property in a very attractive way. She is a natural salesperson, is very enthusiastic and tenacious. There were a lot of problems with the property, i.e. the need to replace the entire septic system, but that did not deter Emily from focusing on the positive and getting a tremendous amount of foot traffic. In the end, we had numerous offers, and despite the pandemic, we were able to sell the house, land and dock for a fair price. It was a pleasure to deal with Emily in every aspect of this endeavor, and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to sell - or buy - real estate.
